This building was built on a pre-existing structure, it dates back to the beginning of the 18th century and its construction is related to the Passari family. It is located in the centre of the square where it has its main entrance, a remarkable travertine portal. The mezzanine floor was destined for the servants, the main floor is on the same level as the street above (Via Passari) and it can be accessed through a secondary entrance enclosed by a terracotta portal. This floor contains the meeting rooms with a large hall in the centre, whose walls are bordered on top by a frieze adorned with frescoes representing the symbols of the four seasons. The ceilings in the north wing are adorned with 19th-century frescoes, while the rooms on the upper floor have a more modest size, though still featuring a coffered ceiling in painted wood. The west side in the middle of the floor opens onto the Chapel; only its gilded stucco decorations have been preserved. The building has a small internal courtyard which contains the well. Until a few years ago, Palazzo Passari was used as a school while now it is the seat of the Town Hall and houses the permanent exhibition of the works of Gaetano Orsolini.
